I like making patterns in my training (45, 60, 45, 60…) This also helps to prevent me from doing too much too soon. The mile on Saturday was the first time doing anything fast since before the injury. I decided to use it as more of a tempo run. Didn’t have any problems with the knee, but I’m definitely out of shape. I’m not too worried tho if I can stay healthy and injury-free, I know I’ll get it back.
