Tues July 9: AM. A 58 min run on residential streets and on the Boulder Creek Path, first 20 mins with Kevin. It was partly sunny and in the 70s.
Wed July 10: AM. In Fort Morgan, CO, A 40 min run on trails along the South Platte River. It was sunny and around 60°.
Thurs July 11: AM. In Des Moines, IA, A 60 min run on residential streets and paths along the Des Moines River. It was sunny and around 70°.
Fri July 12: AM. In Marshfield, A 55 min run in the Donnelly Business Park and around Wildwood Park. It was partly cloudy, humid, and 80°.
Sat July 13: AM. On the track, did 3x1 mile (5:49, 5:48, 5:46). It was partly sunny, humid and around 70°.
